During my stay in upstate New York, I wandered the trails of the Catskills, gathering leafy treasures from their rich and varied arboreal bounty. I arranged the pieces on watercolor paper and penned some fairy likenesses to fit the fairy fashions. These prints reflect the organic originals using ivy, pyracantha in reds and yellows, rhododendron and hydrangea leaves.
